1. Overview

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when received
- Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
These conditions apply to standard returns. They do not limit your rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods under mandatory consumer law.
3.1 Products Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products or products with broken seals
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
This exclusion is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return
To return a product:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and shipping address
4.2 Packaging and Shipping
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order details
- Ship the product to the address provided in our return instructions
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless:
- The product was damaged or defective when received
- We sent you the wrong product
- The product does not match its description
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
- Refunds may be issued sooner once we have evidence the goods have been sent back
- We may delay refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipping

Where a deduction is applied due to diminished value, the deduction will be proportionate and documented.

- Do not open or use the incorrect product
- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order:
- Before shipping: Contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel and provide a full refund.
- After shipping: You may refuse delivery or follow the standard return process once received.
10. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:
